Founded in 2013 by professional musician Bryan Yeung Chun Pong and registered social worker Kitty Yip Choi Ha, Addoilmusic has evolved from a pioneering social enterprise into a growing music label and publishing powerhouse based in Hong Kong. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to unleash musical talent and connect people through the universal language of music.

Addoilmusic由專業⾳樂⼈楊鎮邦和註冊社⼯葉彩霞於2013年創立從⼀個創新的社會企業發展成為⼀所不斷成長的⾳樂品牌和出版公司｡我們的使命既簡單⼜具有理想釋放⾳樂才能透過⾳樂這種普世語⾔連繫⼈羣｡

Building on the creative foundation of our publishing work, we have evolved into a dynamic music label committed to discovering and developing fresh talent. To achieve this, we have engineered a 4-layer ecosystem for artist development: Connect, Create, Learn, and Launch. We Connect through curated social activities to discover raw talent; we Create within our professional studios to elevate the quality of our musicians’ works; we Learn through masterclasses and workshops to level up the skills of potential songwriters and producers; and finally, we Launch artists' careers through our dedicated music label and publishing arm. It is a ladder for growth —a sustainable ecosystem designed to nurture a new generation of highly competent, independent musicians.

承接⾳樂出版所奠下的創作基礎我們進⼀步發展成為具活⼒的⾳樂廠牌專注發掘及培育新晉⾳樂⼈｡為此我們開創了四⼤藝⼈發展階段連結 (Connect)､創造(Create)､學習 (Learn) 與啟航 (Launch)｡透過實體⾳樂聚會｢連結｣並發掘潛⼒新⼈利⽤專業錄⾳室｢創造｣並提升⾳樂作品的質素藉著⼤師班與⼯作坊讓潛⼒唱作⼈及監製｢學習｣並升級技能最後透過我們的⾳樂廠牌與出版部⾨讓藝⼈的⾳樂事業正式｢啟航｣｡這是⼀個專為成長與培育⽽設的階梯也是⼀個具持續性､致⼒打造新⼀代全能⾳樂⼈的完善⽣態系統｡

At the heart of our creative pipeline is a dedicated publishing arm. Addoilmusic has cultivated a roster of exceptional songwriters, including the renowned Jaime Cheung Tin Wing. Our collaborative approach has led to the creation of pop hits and critically acclaimed music, making a significant impact across the industry.

Our Impact

我們的影響

Since our inception, we have successfully nurtured nearly 50 young musicians, guiding our signed singer-songwriters to win prestigious Best New Artist awards in the music industry. Furthermore, through strategic collaborations with over 40 corporations, schools, and NGOs, our music programs have reached and enriched the lives of nearly 30,000 individuals. Our work goes far beyond mere entertainment—it empowers individuals, builds self-confidence, and fosters deep community connections through the power of music.

楊鎮邦先生

Founder

Mr. Bryan Yeung is an award-winning music composer, arranger and producer in Hong Kong. He has published a lot of pop songs including hit songs for Leo Ku (Belated Love). With over 20 years of experience in music production, he has written music for films, TV, corporate videos, commercials and concerts.

香港著名作曲、編曲人及監制，曾發表多首流行曲並屢獲殊榮，包括古巨基的大熱作品《愛得太遲》，亦從事電影、電視、廣告、演唱會等音樂製作，擁有超過20年的音樂創作經驗。

Yip Choi Ha, Kitty

葉彩霞女士

Ms. Kitty Yip is a registered social worker, with over 15 years of experience in social services for children and youth development, innovative services design, poverty alleviation and building corporate volunteer teams. She has worked in various NGOs including: The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Po Leung Kuk, Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, and The Hong Kong Society for the Blind.

香港註冊社工，擁有超過15年兒童及青少年社會服務發展、創新服務、扶貧工作、企業義工團隊建立等經驗。服務過的社福機構包括：香港社會服務聯會、保良局、浸信會愛群社會服務處及香港盲人輔導會等。
